Quality control issues and missed deadlines were becoming all too familiar, affecting both their reputation and bottom line. Our Solution

JPLI collaborated closely with The Byng Group to formulate a comprehensive strategy. This involved bringing the trades in-house – a move that would require selecting the right vehicles for each job, while establishing a strong brand presence and optimizing fleet management.

Implementation: From 0 to 50 in 6 Months

Despite the unforeseen obstacles brought about by the global pandemic, JPLI delivered results quickly and efficiently. Within just six months of initiating discussions, we provided The Byng Group with a fleet of 50 customized trucks, each branded and upfitted to get the job done. We also introduced essential fuel and maintenance management programs and implemented a factory ordering process for deliveries in the second year.

With the addition of a full in-house fleet, The Byng Group was able to enhance its operational efficiency and gain complete control over its service offerings.
